Video Project

You have volunteered to mentor a new student who will be coming to your school. Record a short message for the student. First, organize all the details you would like to include in your video.

Then you can record your video. Make sure to:

• include an appropriate greeting

• introduce yourself

• ask how he or she is doing

• tell where you are from

•tell about the weather where you are at

• ask where he or she is from

• ask about the weather where he or she is at

• give your phone number

• ask for his or her phone number

Final Copy Due February 23/24

Ø Create a calendar for Feb 2012-Jan 2013.

Ø The days of the week must be written in Spanish beginning with lunes (handwritten).

Ø The months of the year must be written in Spanish beginning with febrero (handwritten).

Ø The numbers should be written in Spanish (handwritten).

Ø It should be created on A4 paper without lines (no notebook paper).

Ø Artwork or photos must appear for each month illustrating the season for each given month.

Ø You must identify your birthday on the calendar “Mi cumpleaños”

You will be graded on:

·        Spelling

·        Neatness

·        Drawings/photos depicting the season of the year

·        Accuracy (order, correctness)

·        Birthday
